This 3 hour session will cover weather sources, where our weather comes from, understanding the inshore waters and shipping forecast and an introduction to synoptic charts. We will also review the wide range of on-line weather sources and provide some recommendations on great weather apps for your smart phones/tablets. New for September 2014 is the RYA Powerboat Tender Operators Course. Aimed at superyacht deck crew who will be carrying out guest transfers between the yacht/anchorage and the shore. The course includes some night driving and costs £325 poer person (multiple booking discounts are available).
